We provide delivery for all flooring throughout the southeast at the cost stated at checkout. Nationwide delivery is available but only upon request. Please contact us for more information.

If we are completing an installation we provide our customers with a 12 month guarantee. The reason for this is if any problems arise with fitting they will fall into this timescale. Each flooring manufacturer provides its own Warranty through its products, which will clearly be stated on the packaging and will be valid through their direct line.

All our flooring comes from remote warehouse, meaning lead times will vary upon purchase. We aim to deliver within 5-7 working days but this may be extended due to supply chain hold ups. We will keep you informed throughout the delivery process.
